About Our Company
HydroSerene™ is the brand of Shandong Hydrose Health Technology Co., Ltd., a manufacturer based in Jinan, Shandong, China. We design and produce spa hot tubs, swim spas, ice bath tubs, sauna rooms, accessories and energy-saving heat pumps, with 20+ years of manufacturing experience.
We are a factory. Our production and office area exceeds 40,000 m², with our own R&D, production, quality control and export teams. We welcome factory visits and offer video tours on request.
Our products are exported to Western Europe, Oceania, North America and other markets worldwide, trusted by distributors, wholesalers and brand partners.

Every unit goes through a 12-process production system and strict quality inspections, from shell forming to final pre-shipment checks, with inspection reports available for your orders.
Our tenet of service is excellent products, a lifetime warranty and attention to detail. Warranty terms are confirmed per model and contract; please ask for the specific warranty schedule for your order.
Ordering & Logistics
MOQ varies by model and customization level. Contact us with your target product and quantity — we'll confirm MOQ, price and lead time for you.
We typically work with bank transfer (T/T) and other methods agreed per order. Payment terms are confirmed in the quotation.
Lead time depends on model, quantity and customization. Standard production schedules are confirmed at quotation; for urgent projects, please let us know early.
We arrange export logistics by sea or by air according to order size and destination, with professional packaging designed for safe long-distance transport. Shipping details are provided in your quotation.
Usage & Safety
For comfort and safety, the maximum water temperature must not exceed 42°C. We recommend keeping it between 40°C and 42°C, and limiting soak time — especially for children, elderly users and pregnant women.
Yes. Our swim spas are heated, filtered and fully insulated, and can be equipped with energy-saving heat pumps and smart covers (Roller Cover or Motion Cover) for year-round outdoor use.
Pair your ice bath with the chiller and filtration accessories we offer, drain and clean between heavy-use periods, and use a cover to keep the water protected — full maintenance guidance is provided with every order.
